How the guides are researched
Articles begin with primary sources: Helsedirektoratet's profession and process pages, Altinn, regulations and official education or examination providers. Links are kept in the article so you can check the basis for a statement yourself.
The guides explain what those sources mean in practice. They do not replace an individual decision from Helsedirektoratet, legal advice, or advice from an employer responsible for safe clinical practice.
Dates, revisions and corrections
Publication and update dates appear near the top of every article. Where a source carries its own professional-revision date, the article records that context. A targeted wording or link change is not presented as a new regulatory review.
Rules and official guidance change. If you find a passage that no longer matches its source, send the article link and the exact passage through the contact page.
